What happens when the trial’s up? Will I be charged?

When your trial is up, your card will be charged for the plan you signed up with. At anytime during the trial or after it’s up, you can let us know if you’d like to cancel. If you didn’t mean to continue using ChargeKeep, we’ll happily refund your money.

What if I need more than 7 days to evaluate ChargeKeep?

If you haven’t purchased ChargeKeep before the trial ends, and you need a little bit more time, just let us know. We’ll be happy to extend your trial.

We’re only slightly offended that you want a way out before we’ve even started a relationship… but yes, you can ask for a refund any time within the first 30-days after you sign up for an account.

Our team will cancel your account and send that refund along immediately — it takes 3-5 days to show up on your credit or debit card account.

In the mean time, we’ll always ask what we could’ve done better or see if there’s anything we can do to help you get setup for success. We want you to be part of the ChargeKeep family.

Yes. Yes, we can. We have a team dedicated to migrating you from your old provider fo’ freeeeeeeee. Moving to a better payments tool shouldn’t be painful, it should be delightful.

Not from our end. We don’t charge any transaction-based fees. However, the payment processor we integrate with, Stripe, charges a payment processing fee of 1.9%-3.9%, depending on which country you’re located in.
