Retrying a failed payment manually
When a subscription payment fails, ChargeKeep starts a recovery email sequence that prompts your customer to update their payment method/credit card. Once the card has been updated, ChargeKeep waits 1/2 hour then retries the payment.
You can also manually retry the payment at any time by scrolling down to Payments within a subscription, clicking the More button to open the subscription, then clicking on Retry.
