When a subscription payment fails, ChargeKeep initiates a recovery process. Each step of the process is documented and can be viewed after clicking on Subscriptions, finding the subscription(s) with the failed payment, and scrolling down to Payments.
Clicking the More button of a failed payment reveals the recovery process history and where in the process a particular payment is:
If a payment is still being recovered, at the top of the history you will see the date on which the payment will be retried again.
