Your customers access the Customer Portal via the sign-in page, where they can request a sign-in link to be sent to the email address associated with their subscription.
They do not need to create a password, sign-in account, or anything link that. It’s super simple and secure for them to access their portal.
The link that they are sent expires within 15 minutes.
